Ok so i picked up my car last sat and have to make an appoint to take it back for the aero package this week. Obviously the spoiler is the main visible addition as part of this package but what do the underbody parts of the package look like and where do they go? I already paid for the aero package ( as its listed on my bill) but i want to make sure they dont just slap on the spoiler and give it back to me... especially since i wouldnt know what to look for aside from the spoiler.. My salesguy didnt seem to know exactly what the underbody thing was as part of the aero package and kept refering to the aero kit as the spoiler .. Anyways anyone who has pics/descriptions of what i should look at before i drop the car off so that i can make sure everything has been installed..

The underbody diffuser are simple, black plastic panels that bolt up in key locations underneath the car. You'll likely never see them, but they are the aero package. They'll do more for reducing drag and eliminating lift than the spoiler does.

Definately make sure they don't only give you a spoiler.

The rear diffusers are located right before the rear wheel. It is sort of an "l" shaped plastic piece that is of course black. 2 10mm bolts and 1 10mm nut hold each one on.

 

Unless you have them put the car on a lift for you to look for these parts, you probably won't be able to see them. Ask what was installed. If the underbody parts are listed as installed, great. If not, you might suggest getting it on a lift to be sure.
