In 6th gear going 110-150 the tranny is SCREAMING and its turning my ears... what could it be?? A friend of mine in a 350Z had no problem with his...(350z/g35 = same tranny)

i just went in for noisy clutch, the dealer said it's normal, but if it's screaming it's not good. The service rep said to bring it in if it's screatching. I guess that means screaming too.

Look on my350z.com for a whole thread dedicated to people who have had their trannys replaced under warranty, most in the first 10K miles, some people are on thier THIRD! definitly a first year quirk, notify your service dept, they should know all about it

thats a different issue alltogether... people were having problems with 3rd gear grinding...but that has been fixed officially as of late spring/early summer.
This is the first i've herad with the screaming tranny..
