AWD isn't necessarly better, I'm sure I will catch heat for that opinion though.

 

I think AWD seems to jump out of the corners faster. Your G seemed to enjoy alot of the long turns where most didnt seem to accelerate. I saw your first vid and it looked great. This one for some odd reason made me feel that a few of the people you passed weren't interested, inexperienced, no cajonas or something except for the fighting bimmer.
Holy crap, did you see how the bimmer almost ate it around a long turn when you first got behind him!..lol. Nevertheless, I enjoyed it once again.

 

I wouldn't say better....just faster sometimes

Camry4LIFEyo0-u should try joining NASA and go to group3 and see if you can pass them. The reason why i am passing them is because i am exiting the corners faster than them..u should see how i purposely make space before turns then speed up rite when i hit the apex.

 

your ****ing kidding me.. none of those cars other than the m3 were able to push it as much as you can.. you were practically running circles around the cars around you NOT because your faster.. but none of those cars are even allowed to pass each other.. every car but the m3 out there were conservative at each corner to be capable of staying behind the car infront of them while you were running around wild.

do us a favor and next time and post a video without the whole STOCK G CAN OUTRUN PORSCHES,EVOS,STIS,MUSTANGS bull**** cause reality is.. if they were pushing it as hard as you were, you would of been lapped.

Great driving man.. i see you got your skills from GT3 haha ... watching the video made me remember playing GT3... and yes he did pass faster cars, maybe some were pushing or some weren't who cares... it seemed like he did a great job entering and exiting the turns..

 

I am also actually surprised they were all allowed on the track at the same time. At events here for safety, all Novice Green go out alone, then blue, then Red then White (Instructors).

 

Well I will also say that I had my first track event this weekend. Instructor training. I did damn well and pasted a few cars and some newbies didn't want me to pass them even though I was on there tail. Like a E46 M3. I have videos of all runs which I am compiling each day. I will post them soon. These are legit runs and you can see how everyone is pushing it. When the Instructor drove my car he was passing Vettes, Lotus, Porches, etc in my car. I was also scared!!! Hehehe. You be amazed how much a driver plays a role in this type of driving.

If you want bragging rights, drive a properly prepped car and go club racing. Or at the very least, compete in Solo-1. Bragging about passing cars at an HPDE is well, poser.

 

I seem to recall a certain G35c owner bragging about passing cars at an HPDE last year....
