they made less because there is less demand for the MTs. It's not because there is less and there is greater demand that it affects price. They have no incentive to make the MTs "rare". they will make as many as people will buy.

They cost more because of the sports package. You get 19"s, or brembos, and different suspension dependant on year and model.
