Belt Noise

I was just wondering, I have 32,000 miles on my 5AT 04 coupe and 1,000 miles left until my next oil change, and ive been hearing a high pitch noise that seems to be coming from the belt when in idle. Its a very short high pithced noise that seems to come with a rotation of the belt. Any possible ideas on what this could be? Also my breaks seem to be very worn away. I know there was a recall and i already got my breaks changed for free from my dealer for this about a year and 3 months ago. Every now and then very rarely however i hear squeaking from my breaks, should i ask my dealer for new breaks? Last time i gave that problem they just put squeaking fluid on. Also i have very fine paint chips on my front bumper on thebottom. Ive seen a lot of other coupes and none have this, could this be a flaw in the paint? I drive on smooth paved roads, never on dirt or sand roads, and very little highway.

Thanks.
