Do the 06's lock the doors automatically at 10mph ?

Or when you put the car in drive?

If not, is there a way to program the car to do it?

It's such a simple thing to do. WHY doesn’t Infiniti do it?

Many of us don't have kids and can push the little lever ourselves (instead of paying even more for a feature that we don't want).

wait... i don't understand... you want the doors to lock so that on the inside they don't open?

i thought we have child protective locks in place already that support that feature.

I can see this option is good if you live in the ghetto where you can get jacked but as far as child safety on a 2 door- well, they would have to unbuckle thier seatbelts and crawl up to the front seat to open the doors. Which by the time they try to crawl through my armrest area, they would get elbowed in the eyebrows.

The one time I forget someone will open my door at a light.

This is a luxury car. I want it to do everything other luxury cars do. I don't want to have to lock and unlock my own doors damn it!

9825463,

I didn't ask for YOUR opinion. So keep it to yourself. Why did you even post in this thread? Your post was worthless. I could care LESS about what YOU think.

i've been locking my own doors since I was 16 im 23 now, it's kinda like putting on a seat-belt for me. I automatically do it!

it would of been nice though.

I've never been a fan of that feature...
My Tacoma locks its doors upon starting (if the doors are shut), and I've gotten used to it, but the whole 'rolling lock' is just weird.

Why do people seem to love to put in their two cent's?

Who cares what you do and think? Read the first post. If you don't have any useful info, then don’t post. That simple.

Look at this guy above here. I bet he didn’t even read the other posts before he decided to tell us all about his life and how he does things. LOL

Every car I've owned for the last 6 years auto locked its doors...I was shocked the infiniti didn't do it. Every car I've owned also had hood struts too..... Pretty sad when chevys come standared with stuff a G35 doesnt. Its a shame the G35 looks so damn good because in the end its not really that nice of a car.
