retune question

For a n.a. w/ only z-tube, spacer (MREV), and probably exhaust, is a retune necessary to get the ecu to respond better to the increased airflow for performance, or is a pedal/ecu reset sufficient?

the pedal ecu reset should be fine... it wouldnt hurt to do it
