Painted Calipers and Grille Black!

Alright, so today I went to get some car cleaning stuff and while I was getting it I looked out at my car and decided I wanted to make it more "blacke", hehe. We I picked up some high temp engine enamel stuff in black, along with some stuff to clean the calipers. Then I got primer and paint for my grille and went home. Got to work right away and had it done within 2.5 hours. Here are the pics.

I also used a high temp engine paint to black out the grill on my FX45. I used it because it said "low gloss", and I did not want it to look shiny.

Black grill with the chrome emblem looks the best by far.

The grill looks great, but I don't see any point in blacking out the calipers. They pretty much look the same, maybe a little cleaner. Could have maybe made a little highlight there with some red or blue.

Ya, I was happy how the grille turned out so I can agree with you on that, but I dont think the calipers look the same. I think they look much better black.

Maybe I will paint Infiniti on in red or something though.

well same meaning they are still hidden, you won't notice them by walking past the car (just like when it's stock). Looks good though. maybe do "infiniti" lettering in white or something.
