Tire pressure monitor, faster CD changer operation, Aero Package can be had in two configurations, and I believe a revised center console area (cupholders and stuff moved around, but not totally sure on this one). Nothing really worth it, but you may just wanna pickup a new 04 anyways because when the time comes to resale, 04 will be worth more than an 03 (obviously). If you just wanna lease it for a few years, save yourself some money and pickup an 03...the differences are too marginal to really be worth it, if you are just leasing.

not 100% sure but...for the 03.5's...i believe the only difference to the 04 is the lack of the new aero package and the tire pressure monitor. It has the same console and faster cd player also.
