G35 switching gearbox from Drive to Park while driving!

When I actually saw she moved it to P, I was shocked 
because I thought normally you have to step on break and then change the gearbox.
When she moved it to P, the car did not even break, I immediately moved it back to D, it was very easy just like moving from D to N. I was surprised. I pressed on gas after that, car accelerated fine with no problems but VDC off and Brake sign were on. I decided to stop and then to switch the car off, after 5 minutes I switched it back on and everything was fine. I believe if she would have shifted to R, then my transmission would be destroyed lol.
Ask Infiniti dealer, I am 100% sure they did some safety cause everything was fine. My speed was like 30mph when she did it.

I thought that if you change gearbox from D to P or R while driving, gearbox will break, well that’s what they say on car manual instructions but Infiniti seem to have installed some kind of safety feature incase things like that would happen

Why is it that when something stupid happens, its always the girlfriend. Every post about burning clutches and other things is always blamed on girlfriends or the wife. They may just suck but who knows.
that noise you heard was the parking brake sprag in the trans saying good bye.thats the part of the tranny that keeps it from rolling away when in park.if you are smart id get the dealer to drop the trans pan and ill bet you will see metal parts in the pan.
I wouldn't worry too much about it. In my 2002 Grand Am GT, I accidentally hit my shifter into Reverse while driving at about 50mph. I was reaching for my drink when my palm hit the shifter from Drive to reverse (In that car you didn't need to press the brake to shift it, only coming out of Park). All the engine did was rev up higher but it didnt stall. I just shifted it back to Drive and kept on my merry way.

I checked the car, eveything seems to be fine.
I believe there must be some kind of safety system to protect the car from accidental shifting while driving.
It just was not mentioned to avoid people playing around I think.
