It doesn't matter how hot she is... she deserves the boot if she isn't paying for the repairs or at least trying to make it up to you somehow...

 

Well this past Saturday night I was “making-out” with this girl after the club in Beverly Hills, against my car, and she had rhinestone attached to her jeans in some sort of fashion. The rhinestone cut to deep scratches on my door. I was pissed all Sunday looking at it.

I decided to call the girl and tell her what her pants did.

I told her to cover at least half of the damages, and I will pick up the other half. Since I propositioned her. She agreed.

I called my guy at the body shop, "Specialty Car Craft" in West LA, who does exceptional paint work, specifically for exotic cars, and he said "he'll take care of me" just bring it. So I'll take it in today, and hopefully get it back by Tues.

You should call the girl and tell her what she did, and ask her to fund the full or partial amount of the damages.

kind of the same situation but not exactly. I don't think you should have asked the girl for any money. It was an accident in which the girl wasn't really being careless.

When my G was 6 months old some girl put a big scrape in the centre console (cup holder cover) in the back seat with her high heels. I din't even tell her about it nor ask for any money.
