Congrats, your car looks sharp. If the '07 comes out with a lot more HP, I'll also be trading in my G for a new one.

I was thinking about waiting but could resist the temptation of getting back to driving a manual. The 5AT/4door was mostly because of wife/kids.

We got a Odyssey in 04 so I was just biding my time until the minivan was paid off. Finished paying off the minivan in April new car in May. I'm definitely not good at waiting

I guess car payments don't bother you then. Most people breathe a sigh of relief after a car is paid off.

Wait, you have a 6MT. Doesn't your steering wheel have the stitching? I thought all 6MT have the stitching? Maybe it is only on the 05-06?

I know exactly what you mean. Not only is it an upgrade from the 03-04 to the 05-06 model, it is a jump from 4 doors to 2 doors AND 5AT to 6MT. What a jump! I have been driving around in a 5AT Sedan for 4 days now while they are replacing the seat rail (lift rail) on my seat due to the creaking noise. Man, this call feels all weird compared to a 6MT coupe. How I miss my coupe!

I'm the type who wouldn't buy the same car again even if I loved it I want to try something new.. if they changed the entire chassis and added a substantial amount of hp that's different tho.

Too bad I don't go this way with women.. do you know how it feels to be 21 and feel like your married?

BTW ride is looking good

We have a 03 G35 Coupe 6MT, a 05 G35 Sedan 5AT and now we are waiting for a 08 G35 Coupe 6MT. Unfortunately the 07 G35 doesn't appeal to us as much because it lost some of its unique characteristics.
