How long does the oem HID bulbs last? I was in a minor accident about 4 weeks ago on the front passenger side. Now today my passenger side HID bulb is out. Do you guys think that something is wrong or could it be just a coincidence that it burned out on that same side? Please help!!!! Thanks.

 

i got an 04 and there all good... maybe it came loose... did you have your accident damage fixed?

 

yeah basically the headlight housing as a little scratched up by the accident but it was able to be buffed out. So I'm thinking it shouldn't be that damaged... and they were working fine for 4 weeks..until tonight when i was driving and got home...noticed one side was darker. Came out and checked and it was out.

 

hmm could of came loose... take it to the dealer have em check it out... or fix it yourself

 

I drive with my headlights on during the day, have not needed to change my bulbs. I drive an '04.

 

yeah...i dont even drive it on during the days...it'd be rare.... i have an 04 as well. I think the headlight might be damaged... i hope its just something loose that can be fixed easily... i hate the hassle of dealing with the insurance company and waiting...and more waiting.. its annoying.
