G35 coupe passenger seat question

Does anyone have a G35 coupe with the passenger seat that doesnt move forward automatically when the lever is pulled? Inifniti is informed me that there are some versions of the 03 coupe that was made without it? Just want to find out if that is true? Thanks

I belive the 05-06 doesn't move auto. When I pull the lever, I have to press the little black button beneth the lever on the back of the chair. It SLOWLY moves forward, then I would press it again and it would move SLOWLY back to its original position.
