One of the flex sections? You might be able to have a shop cut/weld another one one. But it might be even cheaper to find someone selling a stock Y

One of my flex sections is also slightly torn. Does this affect performance? Do I need to get it replaced?

Having a hole in the exhaust system does affect it slightly which may not be noticable unless you the type to always count mileage ever wk but it also makes your va-room louder. haha
