'06 IP Sedan Dropped on Function & Form Coilovers

Thanks to a good guy named Shane and all his hard work I got my Function & Form coilovers installed last night, well sorta. Still got the shock absorbers in the rear from the Tein Basics since one of the holes on the F&F's need to be made larger so that the bolt can go through.

Install was going quick until he reached the driver side front where it took longer to work on that than the other 3 combined. Sorry Shane

I still need to raise the car a little because I rub on some mild to vicious bumps in the front and very little in the rear.

On the STIFFEST setting (in the front only since the rears are not yet on) the ride is smoother than the Basics. I was surprised. I really like this and I'm glad I went with the purchase.

Enough talk, time for pictures. As seen right now, they are 1" higher in the front than what I had it at previously...literally couldn't make it out of Shane's garage, but it looked so sick!

Dang homie, you are dumpt for real! That looks so sick. I have no idea how you drive around at this height (even though you raised it 1"). Sounds like the F&F coils offer a nice ride.

Looks like your OEM Emblem-less grill project is coming along nicely I think you should paint your grill, headlights and roof black (I think Grant had this setup when he had his Emblem-less grill). That would look very sick.

I bet the black piece under your front lip will fall off in the next couple of weeks from scraping so much. Dexter (dakyne) ended up taking his off soon after his installed his front lip.

Yep, very nice ride and yeah, the grill is almost done. Woulda been done already but I haven't worked on it for about a week. I'm definitely going to do do black house headlights, and the roof black. Probably gonna do the chrome trim on the car black as well since I'm gonna paint the rims matte black with a gloss black lip and maybe gloss black dish.

It's nice and smooth, despite the bumps which makes me quinch every time I go over them because I bottom out the car and the wheels hit the plastic on the fender.

Haha, yup. I can't imagine what woulda happened if I didn't have rolled fenders. Before the drop they were rubbing in the rear as it was.

The part I'm worried about is the midpipe. I've heard it scrape a few times already Glad I don't have my custom exhaust yet.
