'06 IP Dropped on Function & Form Coilovers
#26
Coilovers initial purpose was to be able to achieve perfect center of gravity, which is also based almost entirely on your ride height. Dumped is, against all popular belief, NOT the perfect center of gravity. Most cars perfect center of gravity is only around 1-2" lower than OEM ride height.
To the OP, your car is SUPER clean, and I dig the amount of work, money, and time that's gone into it, the dumped look just aint my thang.

Not exactly sure why most people get them, but I was looking to dump my car, heard these will do more than what I'm looking for (so true because as mentioned it was 1" lower and I couldn't turn my tires much), and I don't see too many people with them so I thought I'd give em a shot.
You'll love em!
Can't wait!
Likewise!
I am. I have a FS thread with several people interested so I still gotta check back with everyone, but I'm going by first to come up with the money is the first to get them, but I might see if I can work out something with BlackoutG to see if he can do some sort of headlight mod.
Seems like you got me beat though, haha. Either way, dumped sedans = ftw
Not to drive this completely OT, but "form follows function".

All ride quality aside, how aggressive do these coils handle?
