Today was my first visit to my dealer (Sawgrass Infiniti - Sunrise, FL).
I made an appointment for my first oil change and I had a problem with one of my tire pressure sensors. When I called for my appointment, they said, no problem, we'll have a loaner waiting for you.

Well, I drive up, and out comes someone to greet me. He goes inside to tell my service advisor I am here, and he comes out and tells me he will be right out. I was out of there in about 10 minutes with my loaner.
The TPS needed to be re-programmed. The entire service took about 2 hours.

I am very pleased with the service I received today. I felt like a real big shot, the way I was treated.

 

My experience with Infiniti was when I bought my first G20 in 1998. However, after the car was out of warrantee, the dealership didn't seem interested in giving me the service I had previously received and were not interested in giving me a loaner car. I haven't been back to the dealer for years other than to get parts.

yep that is the normal service i get form infiniti. it is rare but crappy when they do not perform that way. they are a very customer service oriented brand. great loaner policies.
