will 05 parts fit 04 sedan?

hey everyone, didnt know how to search for it, but i was wondering if the 05 stock bumper will fit the 04 sedan. I found a 05 front for 350 painted.. hell of a deal and wanted to go for it.

also, will the 05 tail assembly be an easy upgrade ? or does it require more than connecting the wires.

the front bumper will not fit. I don't know if a body shop can custom fit it, but that will bring the cost up. The tail assembly meaning the LED taillight and reverse light will fit. I have them and they were a direct bolt on and plug and play. I hope this helps.

In order to get the bumper to fit, grill and hood need to be change also. Headlight assemblies and fenders dimension appear to be the same, so those can stay.

Why not get a nismo bumper, looks nicer but it is a bit expensive.

From what I know the hood, fenders, bumper, headlights and grille are not the same. If you want the Nismo it is $780 painted and shipped in the group buy.

The headlights definitely are different as well.

let me clarify, you do not have to remove the rear bumper to change the tail lights. All you have to do is open your trunk, pull a few plastic pins out, pull back the carpets, and unbolt the taillights from the inside. lets just say you better have small fingers...LOL

The taillights are easy. 3 nuts per side for the outters and I think there were also three on the reverse. The whole switch took me ~20-25 minutes to swap tails when I traded my 04's for a set of 05's.

I know the internal is different (reflector ring around the hi&lo beam), but is the external dimension is different also? I look at both of 'em and fail to see the different. I'm I missing something here, please explain. First pic is the newer revup sedan, and the second one is an '04 sedan in my garage. Sorry , she's dirty from yesterday spirited drive.

look at the bottom curvature in your 05+ picture (the top one) and compare w/ the 03/04 light below it

I had my car and an 06 together when we traded tails and the headlights did not look like the same shape. Close but not the same. I can't say for 100% sure...

First I thought it was the angle of the shoot, but I see it now. Close but not quite. So the bottom of the light is different, how 'bout the side? Can I retain the fenders if I were to do a light swap w/revup sedan? Guess I'm trying to save some money while updating the front end.
