the full aero kit, includes the air diffusers. The sport package has the diffusers with out the aero kit. The diffusers are pieces of plastic under the car that keep the air moving and not getting caught up in the engine compartment and other areas on the car, lowering the drag. The aero kit are front side and rear valences that are used to reduce the amount of air going under the car. The aero kit also incluse the oem spoiler which is functional and pushes the rear of the car down at high speeds, this is definatly noticable at 80+mph but yea thats the difference

The diffusers do not come with sports package. I have the sports package and my car did not come with the rear diffusers.
