How much are you selling the Grill and emblem for. Or just the grill?

Angry

I would never buy anything again from UT their customer service is poor rated. I ordered one of the UT Grill for my Gsedan and when I received it from FedEx it was damaged with a 2" crack on one corner of the grill due to poor handling from FedEx and poor packaging from UT (light bubble wrap only)! Its been a month or little over a month and no grill FedEx took the grill back to UT and claims to not be FedEx fault so UT tells me to wait until FedEx pays up or pay additional $15 to ship me a new one! Now, I dont think I should pay additional $15 above the $250+ which the quality is not that good, just to get a new one. What do you guys think I should do? I asked to ship me a new one without paying the additional $15 or issue me a full refund! If you sedan owners are considering on buying a UT grill I'd think twice before you end up like me...without one! I'd rather get my money back and buy another brand....

Sorry to hear about your misfortune. If I were you, I'd ask for a full refund based on principle alone. I can't believe they asked you to pay another $15. It's small potatoes, but that's some bad customer service.

Besides, you may have the same problem when they ship another...and the fitment may not be that great anyway considering what some of the others have said about it.

Just get your money back.

I know, actually rather get my money back instead of waiting for who knows what! But glad to hear someone agrees with me...

I have my $140 ebay grill on and still debating about what color to paint it. Plus I'm not sure if I should keep it. To me, fitment is pretty good...but I'm not sure if I am 100% in favor of the look. Sometimes I miss my OEM grill.

The aftermarket one is definitely more agressive looking, but everywhere I look now, most OEM cars have this black grill w/ mesh look! I guess I should've noticed it before, but as usual, once you get something you start noticing everyone else has it too!

i don't think its the 15 dollars it's the principle. Why should you pay for something that wasn't your fault?

I'll take the grille off your hands so you can put your oem grille back on.

You failed to mention that you DID NOT purchase insurance for the item. We had asked you to pay the $15 in advance for shipping fees until FedEx reimbursed us for the the claim THEN we would refund your $15. So we are working with you and did everything possible to help your situation. By now, you should have already received your replacement grill at no extra charges.

Happy New Year!
