Yes, it's a cover for your rear-view mirror that gives it the functionality of a turn signal. Search on this forum for " turn signal mirror" with AND chosen, and see what pops up. I know someone's done an install and detailed it with pics... I'd do it, but I'm running out the door. Have fun,
