Racing A Bmw 330i Need Mod Help
You need a new perspective in life. That's what you need. Street racing is dangerous not only to yourself, but to others. So what's the big deal you win a race? Is there a trophy waiting for you at the end of the road? If you cause an accident, there is jail time at the end of the road. If you get caught, a speeding ticket and higher insurance will be waiting. Is it worth it? Think about it.

Whoever wins gets to bang the other guy's gf as the prize. Not a big prize if the other guy's gf is a 300lbs ape with a hairy back though
If you can drive you won't need any mods. The fact that you can do it without mods should shut him up...
As far as best mods for the $: K&N/Z-tube, Plenum Spacer, Exhaust would be my first choices. You should get those anyway.

Ya sounds pretty freakin' awsome... almost as good as my Burninator mod.

But on a serious note, the e90 330i's put out about 220hp from the various dyno graphs on the internet. They probably do have deeper gearing so they'll take off quicker but from a roll, you should be able to beat him.
just get a few bolt ons such as the spacer, a nice intake, highflow cats, etc and reflash your ECU and that should do the job. 330i and g35 are very close performance wise but the G will beat 330i in the 1/4 mile
