Haha, its cool. Yeah I like the 04 tail lights better, so I swapped them with another member.

Yeah, I installed the lip with my dad. It helps having two people to make sure the holes line up and you don't scratch the lip or car while test fitting. Took me an hour to do it. It comes with a paper template which you cut out, line up on the car and mark your drill spots.

The lip comes painted but its only for 05 and 06.
