Re: Nismo Front Bumper

Want to know what do you guys think of just add the Aero Front Bumper, without the sideskirts and rear fender.
I'm planning to paint the black lower part of my car and just add the Nismo front Bumper

Re: Nismo Front Bumper

I down too, as long as the price is right and it's not made of fiberglass. I work with fiberglass as a aircraft structural mechanic. The characteristics of fiberglass does not allow it to have very much flex and impact resistance isn't very good either, unless you are talking about small rocks and pebbles. Seven layers of fiberglass in a mold under vacuum pressure, isn't very thick at all after the curing process is complete. If you were to hit something at about 5 to 10 mph your front bumper would be trashed. However, a neoprene plastic would probably be nice.

I have a brand new black sedan aero bumper. It has some scuffs in the paint from shipping so it needs to be painted. Maybe you could use it to pull the mold.
