Tire Pressure Sensor

Quick question.... I put 19'' Axis Milanos on my car last week, and yesterday the low tire pressure sensor came on. I have a generous amount of air in my tires... any idea how to fix this? Thanks.

You need to have the TPS's reset at the dealership. It cost me like $25 to have done.

depends if you put the tpms in your new wheels...if not, then the light will go off in about 30 miles of highway driving without traffic...but will go away when you start the engine again, if you do have the tpms, then follow jimmyc13's advice...

Did you swap the TSP's from you old wheels? If not they generally come on after 45 minutes of driving. I left mine in my stock wheels which I use in the winter.

As long as the TPS are still in the wheels they should go off as soon as the pressure goes above ~28lbs. Mine came on the other day and one of my tires had 26lbs in it. I never even turned off the car, just put air in and it went off.

Usually the TPS light clears itself after you restart the car, and then if there is a problem it will come on again after driving a few miles. Thats the way mine work anyways.
You might have to have them reset at the dealers as the others have said.

I'm not sure if there is some way to reset the TPS like the ECU or air bag control module.
