what color is your G?
Why do I bother to DIY???
COngrats on the purchase! Welcome to the G family!
Noticed you said you got a Sport suspension w/ non-sport wheels...did the previous owner trade his wheels or something? One way to tell if you have a Sport suspension model is to look at the shocks. If the shocks are "red"...then you have the Sport Suspension. If they are "black", then you have the Non-Sport suspension.
Also, IP05 is correct...you have the 03.5...no doggy door, plus the 03.5 is when they introduced the Caribbean Blue color!
Congrats again!

Very low miles and she still looks great. I've always liked the CB color.

Ok apologies in advance for this sounding like such a newb question, but aren't those the wheels (17s) that come with the sport suspension? I've got an 03 (complete with doggie door) which has the sport suspension and the same wheels...Originally Posted by RocketG35

Thanks for all the comments so far.
To answer a few questions:
Sport Suspension- The dealership I got it from had it listed as a non-sport model. But upon me inspecting the shocks before my test drive I noticed they were red, noting sport model (of course, I couldn't blatantly say this to the dealer as they might have found this as a reason to raise the price). I asked if the wheels on the car (non-sport) had been traded with another model for some reason, they replied not to their knowledge.
So, I believe I have the sport suspension with the non-sport wheels.
I also knew from the time of my purchase the difference between 03 and 03.5 and the fact that I was purchasing the latter, just failed to note specifically in the details of the post
Lastly, I think I will keep things modest with some 18x8 or 8.5 rims all around and the unrevised 350Z drop with the 03-04 Zsprings. I'd love to go stagger 19's, but I am just going to put too many miles on the car to justify the expense of staggered 19's.
