I dont know about that... usually those ebay cheapo products tend to be bad quality... I used to buy parts like that for my accord, and they never fit correctly and fogged up for leaked. I would not recommend them...

Don't buy these on ebay, . Look cheap ***. I have a set of OEM for a few buks more.
You can paint it black or do a retro fit. & sell your OEM afterwards.

Yes paint yours. You can have paint mixed to match your factory paint and it makes them look awesome!

ok that's it...I gotta do this mod for sure. question for the experts? 1. how long does it take from start to finish? I'll probably bring it to my bodyshop to do it, since I don't have time or the tools.

I'm using a pair of them right now temporarily until I get my headlights fixed.
I wouldn't get them, the headlamp plastic used by the manufacturer (made in taiwan) is too soft. You will get swirls and chips out the wazoo. Also the black part inside is molded onto the lens cover itself, which may or may not crack over time.
I would say the plastic is equivalent to the Apple IPOD clear plastic, which is absolute crap, especially for a headlamp. =D

it took me about 4 1/2 hours total, you dont really need to bring it to a body shop if oyu dont want to, all you need its a wrench with a 10mm, screw drivers and an oven, theres a DIY thats very detailed, as far as the gloss black, if i had to do it again i would choose gloss but thats because my cars is black... why dont you try to color match??

My car is silver so adding more silver is not an option for me. Batmobile's overlays are on their way as we speak, but the headlights I want more of a custom job that's totally different here. It was an easy decision after I saw this pic.
well i hope they know 03-04 headlights are not the same as 05-06
i had DEPO lights for my altima black housing and the quality was pretty good -- all i had to do was seal it after i opened them properly but thats with any other "aftermarket" product

those look hot!! the problem with the seadan headlights is that the housing itself its too far back, so its hard to get that look, plus the glare from the plastic dont help either

I got the overlays for the headlights as well so that should help, but I wonder it they'd look washed out. we'll see.
