Stalling issues?

I wanted to see if anyone else has had a similar issue....or if anyone has any ideas on what the problem could be. The dealer and a mechanic that I trust weren't able to find anything wrong.

When I start my car it sometimes immediately stalls. Like I turn the key, the RPM's go up and everything sounds normal for a second, and then it stalls. It doesn't stall all that often like this, but the RPM's do often drop really low immediately after starting before coming back to the normal idle speed. When this happens it often sounds like the car is going to stall but then recovers. When I say "immediately" I mean that the drop in RPM's and occasional stalling happens within 1-2 seconds of turning the key. It has never stalled at any other time.

I have a 2003.5 sedan with 70,000 miles....followed all suggested maintenance, always garage kept, completely stock, no other issues. I first noticed this issue about a year ago.

Any ideas?

Probably dirty injectors and throttle body....and if they are original, those plugs are getting up there too.

Mine is doing the same thing, I had it at the dealer last week and they returned it saying it was fine. Funny when I picked it up it stalled 5 times in a row. I take it back in on Monday and I'm not taking it back until they correct the issue. I'll report what they find so standby to standby.....

start with the basics, change your air filter, clean your throttle body, change your spark plugs and check your fuel injectors
