Can you run G35 sedan sport shocks with revised 350Z springs or do I need to get new shocks too??

The consensus during my research for suspension was NOT to run the revised *rear* 350z springs on the sport shocks. The spring rates are stiffer and may cause dampening issues. I would get the unrevised springs, they are the same spring rates front and rear as your sport springs, but provide a 1" drop. If you decide to upgrade your shocks and springs at once, you want the revised setup from the Z.

I bought revised before I read up on it but

I am still going to use them and here is my reasoning why. The revised rears have a higher spring rate compared to stock/unrevised 350z. This should hold the rear a little higher than the unrevised spring and this will help to level the ride a little more. I'm not too concerned about shock life as the spring is stiffer which will result in less suspension travel therefore less work seen by the shock. Yes, the shock won't have the optimum dampening effect for that spring but I'm willing to try them out - if it doesn't work out then I'll change them out for the coupe springs.

the revised 350z springs on mine is what helps keep the wheel gap even with the front with the m35/45 sport 19's rims on... love the tokico d-specs too... i haven't done to much adjusting with those... i just set it and forget from the day i installed them... i didn't even need a spring compressor to do the change either...
