Where can I get one for my '03 sedan that matches my body color (Brilliant Silver)? Here in Florida, a front license plate is not required, and right now I have this ugly-*** rectangular opening/cutout on the front bumper that's supposed to be for the mounting of the license plate. I know there is the cheaper option of putting in a customized license plate you can find in Walmart or any auto parts store, but ideally I'd like to find those plates which match with the body color, and I've seen some of them on a few 03/04 sedans around town. Any help is much appreciated, thanks.

 

It come with the bumper but it's not painted. You would have to buy one from the dealer and have it painted. I'm not sure if the Aero bumper one would work on a non-aero, those do come painted.

It was in the spare tire area all along, and apparently the cover and hardware are still in the original bag from the factory. I guess the original owner never knew about this. The cover is already pre-painted to match with the body color, so I was able to install it right away. Now the front bumper looks cleaner than ever

 

I was having the same issue, no front plate cover. I read this thread and found my plate cover in the trunk! Saved me a lot of pain trying to get one.
