. thats with 60%city and 40% highway. back and from work everyday. those that get 18+mpg must not live in the city, where there is alot of stop and go traffic. i tried to baby it and still can only manage 16mpg..

Is the AWD on the G35x an ATTESA system? I think it is, and with that being said, doesn't it normally default to RWD when your wheel aren't slipping? Like the GT-R does? If so, then it wouldn't really affect mileage much, except for the extra weight of the transfer case/front drive train and when driving in rain/snow.
