I'm sure there are plenty of good shops in OC but if you are willing to drive to LA, there is a place in El Monte called M1 Autosport/Autobody that has worked on my previous cars. They are high end specialists (Audi, BMW, MB, Lexus, Infiniti) and do great work. Ask for Kingson.
