Question for all
I have an '05 G35x with 10K miles on it. I am almost a year into a 3 year lease and am not sure at this point if I will buy it after the lease.
QUESTION: what would be the one modification you would suggest me doing. I would prefere something that is fairly easy and not extremely expensive. Keep in mind, everything is stock on this car.
I love this car but would like to "make it my own"

I agree 100%.
Springs are a quick mod that can go back when you return the car and make it look way better with aftermarket wheels. My car was lowered the day before my wheels came in because I hate the way big wheels look on stock height cars.

Depends on how you do it. If you go with z springs and do it yourself it will cost you around $90 for the springs. Car can easily be returned to stock later.
I am not sure with other aftermarket springs but would guess the springs would be $150-$200. If you don't install them yourself that is where it could get costly (i.e. another $200-$300 or so I would guess for labor).
