What's the best first mod..opinions needed

i myself love my ztube/pc combo, but the first mod always has to be TINT, its the mod that totally changes a vehicle, literally.... and the percentage of the tint is based on what color interior ur sporting, i have the light beige interior on my car, i got 35% on mine cuz i don't need cop trouble, its pretty light cuz my interior is so lite, either way, its better than having a cop on ur AZZ 24/7, i had my an orange scion xb, about 3 cars back, and i had 3% on da front and 0 on the back, i got a $200 ticket, it cost more than my tint, dark looks nice, but is a headache, if u have a light interior, than 20-25 should be alright, if u have a black interior, go 35, u'll be just fine

As in it was opaque??Also I have a black on black G35, going with 30% next month on my tint. Was considering 25% but didn't want cop trouble either.

LOL, that is so true. I would have saved soooo much money if I had never found this site.
As for the tint, I have had 20% since the first week I had the car and have been very happy with it. If I am ever near a cop I just open the sunroof panel and let some light in. I'm not sure what your laws are but here in AZ you can't have more than 35% on the front two.
I have to agree on Tint. I hate driving around in a fish bowl!!!
I went w/ 5% all the way around. I like the 5% limo tint because it is a flat black.....not reflective. It look really good on black, white, or red cars. If you have a metallic paint, go for a metalized tint.

My first mod was tint. I got the lighter tint in from driver to front and darker tint all around the back. I'm ready for the next mod already. Intake is not on the priority list because she purrs when I start her anyway. (Her name is Natalia. She's a ****.) What's next? I'm thinking a slight drop, rims, and tires. Any suggestions?

My first mod was the 350Z intake tube. Does not cost much and makes the intake sound a bit meaner. I'm very happy with it. But then you will have to continue with a Pop Charger or Stillen HF Air Box.

Finished the deal for my 06 coupe around 8:00 pm. Drove it out of the dealer at about 9ish and at 7:30 am, car was at the shop getting tinted. 20% all around and 35% on the windshield. You will never be as satisfied with and intake than with the look of your car with those tints on. For a first mod that is, worry about the engine later.
