I don't know if you will get as many as last time but I have gotten a few requests since then from people. I told them to PM you for a good price even now.
I will start a new thread and see if anyone is in on it.

You have to take the button off your existing one and add it to this one. They don't offer the JDM one with the dual. I have done a few of these installs for friends.

Everything is plug-and-play that way. You still have to get the trim and A/c controls. I didn't need the bracket on the ones I did, you may or may not depending on the deck you use.
