I just tried it again today with the VDC off and I did it for about 5 seconds and let up off of the throttle. I didn't even throw it into Manumatic mode either. The one thing that I noticed is that the car doesn't seem to want to let the RPM's up than more than like 2k (or was it 3, I think it was 2). There was allot of smoke around the tail of my car, so I would think it was a burnout.

Sounds like it to me. Maybe it's a difference in AT/MT or something. I can't do a standing burnout in my car unless I pull the fuse. I have enough torque to do one anyway but I do roll forward and catch traction after a couple seconds.

i've haven't done a burnout yet but have fishtailed my g before.... with vdc cut comes online too quick especially with 19's and re050.

i've never really cared for burnouts cause i hate the smell it it puts loads of stress on internals amongst others.

BURN OUT!!!!

Sweet, that's what motorsport is all about! Though I prefer FWD cars for burn outs, because you can actually lean your head out of the window far enough to get rubber pebbles spraying on your face. It's a very refreshing motorsport!

My car is a mutant. I can obliterate my rears. Turn off VDC. Put car in drive. Nail it. Nice black patches, plenty of smoke.

I have never tried to power-brake it, but I have smoked the do-nuts more than once.

NP with my 06 AT, turn off VDC and stomp on it and I can lay rubber across the intersection.
