Does the sedan use the same Skyline and 350GT badges that the coupe uses?

The Sedan "skyline" is larger in length and font size than the Coupe "skyline". The 350GT for both models are the same size.

 

no. max velocity, the sedan 350GT letterign is larger than the coupe's- saw it in an original japanese slyline catalog. You can tell that the 350GT bading available here int he us is for the coupe because the blue styrofoam template that comes with it perfectly outlines the coupe's taillight.

Our car's 350GT goes UNDER the taillight. I am ordering the part from Japan but Yoshi of J's garage is not sure if this is the right part. He doesn't have it ordered from Nissanyet but he pulled a part number and said that it is from a V35 sedan. The part is going to be about 35 bucks shipped. So I am willing to take a chance. If anyone needs sedan 350GT badging and IS WILLING TO TAKE THE SAME CHANCE WITH ME, let me know (IM me), and I will put in an order for more than one and you will pay me later.

I am asking this because I might order it from Hong Kong which orders from Japan directly.Its about $40 cdn for the 350GT badge and $75 cdn for the Skyline badge.

I bought the skyline lettering for my sedan. Did I buy the wrong size lettering? It was outlined in blue foam. I bought it on ebay, but ebay said nothing about it being for the coupe or the sedan. How do I know that I put the correct lettering on my car?

 

did the blue foam have a curved out line under the lettering? If so, that is for the coupe. That outline, if you notice, is the outline of the coupe tailight contour. The sedan one, which I haven't see, goes under the taillight, just like our current "G35" emblem. So if it had an outline, it would be straight on top of the lettering outlining the lower boundary of the taillight.

Sedan "Skyline" is bigger than the Coupe's

 

I think, there is size dif on 2003 and 2004 models.

 

the Skyline and 350GT badge have a foam template for perfect fit

if u get the coupe 350GT badge, u'd be missing out on the foam template
