30K service..need it done soon!

I just passed 30k, need to do my 30k service...I tried to look at the manual and was a bit thrown off...so I came here to my fellow G members for help. What is recommended for 5AT that absolutely needs to be done? I am not going to the dealer, instead I am going to my mechanic, I just wanna get a list of what needed to be done so he can get everything ready for me. I've done MB1 oil changes every 3 months, and changed my in cabin filter at 20k...so...any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Transmission drain and refill or a flush (make sure whoever does it uses nissans maticJ atf).
Differential fluid service (75w-90).
Coolant drain and refill or flush.
I would also check the brake fluid, air filter (clean k&n if needed) and power steering fluid. Just about everything else you would pay for a 30k mile service is just an inspection of said systems.

My G has a tendancy to eat up brakes about every
30k so I would check the pad thickness while the tires are getting rotated.
