list of complaints

hey guys, i had a list of things thats been bothering me and making me regret getting the g. will the dealership fix these bugs or will they just give me the run around?

1. the temp. **** on my 05 came a little loose and sucks when trying to turn it. should i take it in to have them fix it? and is it covered by warranty?
2. one time when i pressed the clutch, it stayed down. should i also have them look at that?
3. is it difficult for you guys to put it into Reverse gear too? i'm always having a hard time putting it into reverse, so will they fix the problem if i ask them to?

i know that they're gonna state things to get around fixing the problem, so how do i go about it? i mean, its still under warranty, so i want to get the most out of it. please help. thanks

They should look into your problems. I have always had good luck with the dealer and fixing stuff.

As far as the temp ****, be happy you have one!

Dealers get paid by the manufacturer to do warranty work, so there's no reason for them not to look into your problems. Of course there are exceptions. From what I've heard from people on the inside, some dealers are too lazy to look into squeaks and rattles and literally won't even look at your car and just say that they didn't hear anything.

All your problems sound legit, so I would mention all of them to the dealer. If they aren't responsive, complain to the service manager. Usually they want the customers to be satisfied so you don't blast them if you happen to get a survey from Infiniti. If they still don't listen, try another dealer.

You'll never know unless you ask. Don't ask them to look into it, tell them you want them to do it.

Better to ask for forgiveness than to ask for permission
