supercharged 03 sedan auto

Hey guys, give me some feedback, i'm selling my o3 sedan with $8000.00 in upgrades. it's in excellent condition with 51k mi. vortec, exhaust, intercooler, 6qt oil spacer, new crossed-drilled/slotted rotors, hawk pads grounding kit, technosquare chip, 5/8th motordyne spacer, stillen sway bars, transmission cooler, tsw 18 chrome whls with conti's 235/45/18. I'm a retired professor/car guy and have never tracked the car or abused it. mobil one every 3k mi. no leaks or oil burning. What price should i expect expect? I put it in auto trader listing it for the best bid over $22,000. Is that reasonable? - too low? I've loved the car and am going for the 07 G35 - fell in love with a red one and will start over with the mods.

If you can find someone that appreciates the upgrades, that is a good price. (Kelly Blule Book gives you about 20K in excellent conditions...this is without the mods)

I think the problem is trying to get something extra for the mods you put into the car.

Most people I have seen part out their rides and go back to stock. This way they get the most money back for the upgrades they put into the car.

See what bites you get as is and if you get no hits, consider parting it out.

Good luck

If it wasn't for the Vortech, I would say its priced ok. But I think you will have few takers for a FI sedan with stock internals. Too many unknowns to a prospective buyer. Nobody wants a $10K bill for a grenaded motor 2 weeks after purchase. If it doesn't sell as is, I would yank the blower.

I have to agree with these guys. I would take off the SC and sell it.

I think you will have a better chance posting on forums where people want to upgrade to a G35. You might also want to try craigslist.org
I think you would get a great response in the maxima and acura forums. tons of 03 maxima owners would love to sell their maximas and upgrad to the G for less than 5k... otherwise, pull the SC for sure. Have you considered ebay?
