19's and 4ppl

I'm looking at upgrading wheels in january. I like the look of 19's, but I do A LOT of driving (3,500 mi/month) and I often carry people on business. Is there anyone else out there rudding on 19's who regularly carry people in their car? Do you have rubbing issues and do you ride on stock suspension?

i've got 19x8.5/19x9.5 245/35 275/30 lowered almost 2 inches in the front and 1.3 in the rear with Tein basics and i dont rub with 4 ppl in the car.

If you're riding on stock suspension, there's no chance you'll rub as long as you have the right offsets. For my setup my offsets are 38F/45R

I take people out all the time. 19x8.5 up front 19x9.5 in the rear. I am running tein 350Z h-techs. make sure you gget a +45 offset in the rear. Oh yeah, and I'm aligned back to stock camber in the rear, too.

I have 19's with an offset that is a tad too wide in the back, I rolled my fenders. I have a fender roller tool you can borrow if you give me a deposit and pay shipping both ways, they are often hard to find. After rolling fenders I don't rub and I often carry people, equipment, and my stereo system.

You wont rub if you make sure to get the appropriate width and aspect ratio. Just because you go bigger with wheels, doesn't mean your overall height and width need to change. For instance, there are many of us who have 20s and don't rub at all - we got the right offset and tire size.

DO IT!!

That is incorrect. The 17" and 18" wheels on the sedan come with 45mm offset OEM.

Thanks - this is what I was looking for - road noise is another factor and I don't want to worry about getting massive rubber on 19's to keep things quiet. I like intake and exhaust sounds, not road chatter from my tires.
