The sport tuned package is refering to what Infinti offers as an option when you buy the car. For, about $500 dollars you can get the sport tuned package which includes MacPherson struts, Eibech springs and a 5 spoke lightweight rims (by the way the rims cost $499 a piece). The ride is much stiffer than the luxury package suspension but it is on the money.

I thought that both the sport and standard suspension were basically the same, ie a multi-link with a coil-over shock in the front, but with different tuning and springs.
