Problem w/ Amber light [pics] + stuff

Whats up with this?

when I throw on my hazzards or turn signal, it works fine, but when only my headlights are on, my drivers side amber doesnt work

here is it with headlights on

here is it with hazzards on (works fine )

and here is a nice shot of my crawford instal + detail. Instal went perfect (dropped my allen key a few times but w/e). fired up fine first try. I known get that CAI whistle...which can be anoying sometimes but w/e. Car feels really nice now (i think its smoother!) and screams (diffference in tone but not in volume) I think the biggest factor is its beautiful presence in my motor bay

I detailed half of the car, and performed my mid winter lube (hense the lube can). its never a bad idea to spray the crap out of all your hinges...locks etc

i did a little polishing on the timing cover...i think one day i will polish the entire thing to reflection...maybe

i think i should rip off those white tags on those wire looms...anoying

What did you do with that leaf blower? Try to mount it and use as a supercharger? lol

i think i might tear off those yellow warning labels. go grab some meg's universal metal polish. it will take those stains right off of your timing case.

i'm pretty happy with my motor setup. I think this is where it ends

BTW where did you get that JDM battery cover?

Yeah just get rid of the labels. If you can do the work on your car yourself they don't tell you anything you don't already know.

I got the cover from Chad. He had a few in stock a couple months ago but I don't know what he has left.

Yeah I really need to clean my engine bay, but winter is coming and it's not really worth it with all the crap on the roads. Is that Gordgee's 10 wire grounding kit? I have the same one coming tomorrow if it is.

Wish I could help you with the lights.

How hard is the tranny ground? Did you have to jack the car at all? I've heard it can be a little difficult, but I've also heard it is no problrm.

u just need a new bulb coz the low(light or wutever) is burnt. thats like the old bulb of the old cars, the one with 1 bulb and have high and low beam on it.

I have the tranny wire also, I had to jack the car. Real easy install though. ECU wire was a pain in the assssss.

Here's my engine bay:

yes, what slyding said. there are two elements in that bulb. the low watt running element, and the blinker element. the running is out.

The brighter filiment burned out. The 1157 is a dual filiment bulb. The park light the dimmer one and the blinkers is the brighter one. Replace it and you'll be good.
