Quick question about wattage in 194/Dome bulbs

Just a quick question, I've searched unsuccessfully.

Front bumper bulbs are 3.8Watts and the licence plate is 5watts, its ok to use 10watt superwhites 194 wedges?

Same thing with dome 8watt bulbs, ok to use 10watt bulbs?
