Newbie Question: FX rims?

Season's Greetings from a Newbie!

Will FX35/45 stock 18's (+40 offset) fit on an '03 G35 Sport sedan (17's/+45 offset on stock rims)?

Will they be too heavy and affect braking/handling?

Would it be best to use spacers?

Thinking about changing my look but stay somewhat "stock".

Thanks!

People are using +45 on 9.5 inch rim I am pretty sure the FX 18" wheels are smaller than that probably about a 7.5 to 8.5 so it will fit but the 18" wheels that are on the FX look identical to the factory 18" wheels used on the Infiniti M so if the M 35 can handle the weight then it's no problem for the lighter G35 sedan.

^I've seen them put on a sedan so I would imagine they would fit the coupe no problem with the bigger fenders
