i have those e-brake pedals too just buy the clutch pedal for the 6MTs. The only site that comes with all 4 pieces that i've seen is everythingg35.com that's where I got them from. For me, I just shaved the back of the clutch pedal until it was smooth and had a flat direct surface to my original e-brake pedal and super glued it. It's been 18 months and hasnt moved once
