Ticket!!!
always best to go to court, nomatter if your right or wrong. i've had my fair share of tickets. more then i like to remember. none sofar with the g35 (have been pulled over though) i got most of them with my g20. i took every ticket to court. 4 where 4point speeding ticket and 1 5point tailgating just double the fine usually. i really dont speed much anymore. i usually just cruse about 5 miles over limit. i speed ocasionally but who doesnt. just been lucky for now i guess. knock on wood

Yeah we get points on every moving violation, unless you can go to TS.

BlackJack ---> ROFL...
I say go to court and see if the cop shows up. If he does, then pay the ticket and go to TS. If you're lucky, maybe he won't/can't show up and you get ticket written off. Worst case, traffic school/fine.
Good luck!

You sped. You got caught. Stop whining and deal with it.
Any good lawyer well tell you.Fight every ticket guilty or not.
The odds are very good the officer well not show up in court that day,either working,in another court or there day off.
They don't show and your ticket is thrown out.At least in Canada,and I'm sure its the same in U.S. Costs you about 2 hours of your time.
Pull off a nice burnout as you leave the courthouse with your money in your pocket..
My last ticket was a freebie for that reason,160km in a 100km zone.Thats 100mph in a 60mph zone converted to U.S.
