There is no wrong way to install the ones that you bought, since the LED's face outward. Some LED's are mounted so that they face tangential to the light (to the sides).

 

So why arent either of them working? Do they have to be turned around and put back in?

 

Don't know man....maybe you bought some duds that don't work.... NOthing that one of us can solve...sounds like you need to buy some new bulbs. Why not just put your OEM ones back in & see if those work? If they do, then you'll probably have to buy some new LED's....

 

Got them to work, had to wiggle them around.
