Downshift rev match on 5AT -- add this feature?

Downshift rev match on 5AT -- add this feature?
Recently had a 2006 loaner sedan and loved the downshift rev-matching. My 2003 does not do this; is it in anyway possible to add this capability? I'm not sure if that functionality is controlled by the engine computer and if that is even "flashable".
